This is really nice rough material with dark purple amethyst and good white quartz banding patterns that create the chevron effect. I especially like the large, chunky pieces as amethyst tends to lose volume in the tumbling process so the finished product should yield some very pretty polished rocks. Very happy with this rough rock.
Great raw stones. I can’t wait to tumble them!
All was terrific. Except I’m 100 % certain I received blue apatite and not blue aventurine as ordered. Still pretty, but now I wonder how to get the aventurine.🤣
I use interesting rocks in my mosaics… these will look beautiful!
