Carnelian is a type of Chalcedony Quartz, which also includes other stones such as Agate, Jasper and Onyx.

where it's found

Our Carnelian was found in Madagascar. Carnelian can also be found in various places around the world, such as Brazil, Uruguay and India.

how it tumbles

Carnelian is relatively fracture free and a great rock for tumbling. These rocks will have a great polish.
